Your NDIS information, organised and in your own words.

Private tools that turn what you know about your life into clear, printable summaries you can take to any NDIS conversation.

๐Ÿ”’ 100% private. Your answers stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded or tracked.

This is what "decoding" means here:

Capacity building supports help to learn skills
Functional impact statement what your days actually look like
Plan reassessment a meeting you can prepare for

Made for real days, not perfect ones

Plan Decoder is for NDIS participants and carers. It helps when the paperwork feels bigger than you. You answer simple questions, one small section at a time. Almost every field is optional. Your answers become a tidy summary that says what you meant, ready to print and share with your support coordinator, therapist, or LAC.

What this site is, and isn't. Plan Decoder helps you organise your own information to share with professionals. It does not assess you, diagnose anything, predict funding outcomes, or give advice. It is independent and not connected to the NDIA or NDIS. NDIS decisions are made by the NDIA and are discretionary.
